Project Overview

Founded HazelPiper Creative in 2023 as an independent creative and events studio — built the complete go-to-market from scratch: brand identity, six-page website, tiered pricing, and the client acquisition materials behind every engagement on this page.

The Challenge

Most independent practices grow on referrals and never build the infrastructure to scale beyond them. HazelPiper had to look — and operate — like a studio from day one: a defined service ladder, real proposals, and a brand that matched the work going out the door.

A studio, not a freelancer

Built the brand, site, and offer ladder to position HazelPiper as a studio with a point of view — luxury private events, brand strategy, and marketing operations under one roof.

Productized service tiers

Defined repeatable engagement shapes so prospects could see exactly what they're buying — and so delivery had a documented baseline, not a custom scope every time.

Acquisition as infrastructure

Treated outreach kits, proposals, and follow-up materials as a system — versioned, on-brand, and ready to deploy the moment a conversation gets real.

Chill-N-Reel — outdoor lifestyle brand content strategy and marketing support. Direct Care Alliance (retained) — content strategy, LinkedIn editorial, Apollo outreach, client reporting.
