I'm Gwen — a creative strategist, brand architect, and AI-powered marketer working at the intersection of small business growth, executive positioning, and editorial design. I help organizations build the brand, and the AI-powered systems behind it, that turn attention into trust — and trust into something that compounds.
HazelPiper Creative exists because I kept watching talented people and genuinely excellent businesses disappear into the noise — not because their work wasn't good, but because their visibility wasn't structured. They were posting without positioning. Reaching out without a system. Looking small online when their product was anything but. I built this studio to fix that.
My background spans healthcare marketing, conference production, ranch operations, hospitality, and brand development. I've built full marketing infrastructure from scratch, managed multi-city executive conference ecosystems, and run content programs for benefits brokers, founders, and small businesses across the country. I also use AI tools every single day — not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier that lets me deliver agency-level results for businesses that can't afford a full agency. You get the output. I handle the tools.

Before I touch content, I audit what exists: your current messaging, your positioning gaps, the audiences you're trying to reach, and the channels you're showing up in. Most businesses are saying the right things in the wrong order to the wrong people. This step fixes that.

Architect
I build the strategic foundation — content pillars, messaging framework, platform strategy, and editorial calendar. This is the infrastructure layer. Nothing goes live until the structure is solid, because content without architecture is just noise with a logo on it.

With the system in place, I write, direct, and produce — using AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. LinkedIn posts, email sequences, outreach copy, campaign assets, event content — every piece is mapped to a purpose and built to your brand voice. Nothing generic. Nothing templated. Distribute
