FAQ

Quick answers.

What I do, what it costs, and how it works.

Fit

I build websites, fix broken ones, and run social media and content. I also set up simple systems that cut down busywork, and I still plan the occasional event.

Hill Country small businesses, plus healthcare, insurance and benefits groups that need their numbers to hold up.

Yes! New sites, one page sites, and fixes for sites that are broken or out of date. Fixes are $475, one page sites run $950 to $1,140, and bigger sites run $2,280 to $3,040. Site care after launch is $190 a month.

Process

With a quick call. I look at your business and your current site first, then tell you what I’d do and what it costs.

It depends on the project. You’ll get a timeline from me after we talk.

Work moves through review before publishing. Sensitive legal, healthcare, claims, or testimonial language needs client-side sign-off.

Scope Boundaries

Vendor, travel, venue, printing, photography, video, PR, daily community management, sales calls, and legal review aren’t bundled.

Publishing depends on scope and access. Approval gates stay in place before anything goes live.

The goal is usable structure: messaging, workflows, reports, and documentation. Ongoing support can be scoped separately.

Proof & Delivery

Everything lives on one page at your own address. No login. Each item waiting on you sits on that same page, and you approve, hold, or ask with one click.

Every figure I publish for a healthcare or regulated client carries a source. A claims register sits behind each number, and anything I can’t show you gets cut.

A monthly report with the numbers and where each one came from. No vanity metrics. If a number can’t be sourced, it doesn’t go in the report.

Still sorting out the scope?
