Written in plain language, on purpose. If a sentence here is unclear, that is on us to fix, email and ask.
What we collect
If you use the contact form: your name, email, company, budget range, timeline, and project brief. If you become a client with portal access: your name and email for your account, plus the brand information you or we enter during onboarding, brand voice, marketing goals, and your social handles.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to run the client portal for clients who have one, and to plan, draft, and publish content on behalf of clients who have engaged us to do that. Nothing here is used for anything beyond doing the work you asked for.
Who else sees it
Google, for internal calendar scheduling and file storage tied to your engagement. Instagram and LinkedIn, only to publish content on behalf of a client who has engaged us for that specific service, and only to that client’s own account. Base44, the platform this site and portal run on, which processes and stores site data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not install third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site uses only what is required to keep a client logged into the portal. No third-party ad or tracking cookies are installed here as of the date below.
How long we keep it
A contact form inquiry lives in the studio inbox. Client account and brand records are kept for the length of the working relationship and a reasonable period after, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold on you at any time. Email the studio directly and we will handle it personally, not through a form.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
